Recruiter - Lead Hand

Mississauga, ON

We are presently looking to fill the role of Recruiter  Lead Hand to join our team in our Mississauga Office located at Derry and Dixie Rd at the border of Mississauga and Brampton.

We are a third party recruiting firm. We only fill full time permanent roles for a flat fee.

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with experience in recruiting a wide range of jobs including Skilled Trades , IT, Truck Drivers, Sales  People etc as well as the ability to manage and lead a team of 8-10 screeners and recruiters.

The ideal candidate will be motivated and experienced in hunting and finding new talent. You should be comfortable using all talent attracting methods including LinkedIn, candidate databases, google search, social media search, posting jobs, searching databases among other sourcing techniques.

You should also have strong people and management skills to manage 8-10 team members.

Daily duties:

• Reviewing and organizing  orders daily
• Liaising with clients and salespeople
• Developing recruiting strategies
• Insuring all orders are worked thoroughly
• Working 6-10 open orders yourself 
• Calling potential applicants for hire
• reviewing resume and verifying documents and certification

Qualification:

• Post secondary education
• At least 3 years experience of successful recruiting  and headhunting
• Excellent people and management skills
• Excellent fast accurate computer skills
• Excellent database usage skills
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• MS office proficient
• Ability to meet deadlines
