Sales & Marketing Coordinator at Cleanlist

Sales & Marketing Coordinator

London, ON

This Opportunity:

The big deal here is that rather than just being a cog in a wheel somewhere, you’ll be a key contributor and builder of the company. You’ll be working directly alongside the company executives to build something new and high-tech that you can own and be proud of. What you’ll learn by doing and winning in this role will provide a great foundation for advancement in your career!

A Day in the Life of our Sales & Marketing Coordinator:

The first realization you’ll have is wow, there’s a ton of work to do here!

Cleanlist has big plans to ramp-up its marketing (from nothing much to a something pretty big), produce lots and lots of leads, and build-out a just-in-time sales team to sign lots of new and great clients. We’ve hired you to provide all the plumbing and processes we need to make that happen – quickly, accurately, and efficiently. And all on a high-tech platform.

Your home base will be our CRM.

(We’re using Zoho currently and plan to grow with that, but nothing here is carved in stone so we’ll see.)

You’ll need to be an expert-level user of the CRM, making sure leads flow into the system from wherever they originate, then travel through the funnel to a successful close. Along the way, you’ll be designing lots of processes and touch-points including lead-qualification, scoring, drip-marketing, sales assignment, and proposal generation. You’ll also need to design all the reporting and dashboards to keep track of everything, provide status reports to our leadership team, and keep on top of the sales team so they do their part in keeping the data current and correct.

While building our system of the future, you’ll also be on the front-line to receive and qualify leads, handle customer inquiries, and quote and close the smaller straight-forward orders. You’ll quarterback the bigger and more involved opportunities by escalating them to a dedicated salesperson or company executive.

On the marketing side, you’ll work closely with our marketing director and executive team to help plan and execute campaigns, assemble data, measure and report results, and contribute to the overall optimization of the programs.

One thing’s for sure: you won’t be bored or feel underutilized in this role!

What we’ll provide for you:

We want to inspire you; and we want you to inspire us. It’s really that simple. Everything else inside the company and about this role will probably change as the company grows.

To get us started, we’re prepared to offer you a good salary, a good benefit package, and a great working environment. We need good talent and we’re prepared to pay for it. But we know you can get that from a lot of companies.

What we can offer you that’s rare is the chance to join a dynamic winning team, to work directly with the company founder and senior staff, to learn a ton of cool stuff, and to really make a difference in the company, for our clients, and your career. We’re not locked into old, lethargic ways of doing things. Instead, we want you to bring us the best approaches, the best technology, and the best thinking to build something new and fresh that we can all be proud of. We spend too much time working to just earn a salary. As part of the Cleanlist team, we want this role to turn into an adventure that you’ll look back on as one of the most rewarding experiences of your career.
