We have an open role for an Office Manager
Responsibilities
- Provide day to day admin support for the Supervisor
- Answer phone calls and relay messages
- Respond to emails
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Input all necessary information into Quickbooks and designated job system
- Process and file invoices, bills, purchase orders, etc.
- Provide superior customer service with excellent phone, electronic, and in-person professionalism
Requirements
- Knowledge and experience with Quickbooks (Min 5 years) - accounting and bookkeeping skills
- Minimum 5 years experience in Office Manager position
- Experience using Google Suite products (Mail, Calendar, Drive) and Microsoft Office products
