Recruiter - Remote

Toronto, ON

We are seeking a mid to senior level Recruiter who may work remotely from home.

We are a busy Perm Placement recruiting firm that does recruiting  across both Canada and the USA for the following roles:

Skilled Trades

Truck Drivers

Manufacturing Managers

engineers

Nurses

PSW's

As well as high volume hiring for:

Call Centre Reps

Warehouse an factory personnel

This role is 100% performance based. There is no base salary.

You will have 6-15 roles to fill at any time

You earn 22.% of the gross fee on Search orders, 15% on easy placements and 10% on high volume hiring

Average search  fees are $8 ,000 to $15,000, so you earn $1,800 to $3,375 per hire

We expect  you to fill 4-6+ hires monthly

Requirements:

• You must be a skilled experienced recruiter
• You must be able to dedicate 35-45 hours weekly
• This must be your only job. Not looking for freelancers, multi-taskers or part timers
• You must have a late model computer and high speed internet
• You must have a quite private place to work without background noise or distractions
• You must have a smart phone

We will provide:

• Ongoing new open orders
• Hiring technology platform
• Call, text and email applicants from our online platform
• Reimbursement for LinkedIn and Online database fees
• Job postings to 100's of job boards
• Weekly team meetings
• Weekly payments on filled paid orders

Note: You will need to be able to support yourself for 4-8 weeks before you start seeing your first payments. You have to fill the role and clients take 30-60 days to pay. 

If you are a 360 recruiter and bring your own clients, you will earn 47% of the gross fee. Our recruiters are not required to do any selling. We provide the orders from  a 20+ person sales team.
