Roles & Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems in commercial buildings
• Collaborate with large general contractor teams, including carpenters, on complex projects
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure precise installation and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Perform installation, mechanical rooms, pipefitting, and other necessary tasks to complete commercial plumbing systems
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and local plumbing codes
• Hoisting and rigging equipment for moving heavy materials and equipment on job sites (if applicable)

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Plumbing license
• Level 2 Apprentice (minimum)
• 3+ years experience in the plumbing industry
• Commercial experience on large-scale construction sites
• Valid Lift and Fall Protection tickets are considered an asset
• Able to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy materials
• Experience with Victaulic, Megapress, and propress an asset
• Valid driver's license
