Distribution Specialist

Job Description:
The primary responsibilities of this role are to serve as the escalation point for our distribution partners, support strategic growth plans for the channel, and manage point of sales and inventory analytics.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- In depth analysis of Sales trends, POS & inventory usage
- Assist in forecasting and achieving monthly distribution order and revenue numbers
- Schedule, prepare, and present business reviews with channel partners as needed
- Prepare and present distribution related content for Operation Reviews, Budget, and Strategic meetings as needed
- Serve as escalation point for all distributions pricing, delivery, and strategy discussions
- Respond to special pricing requests from customers.
- Maintain & track Long Term Agreements (LTA’s)
- Support customer questions with general product knowledge
- Support in maintaining & enhance branch level relationships through RDSM collaboration
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work and manipulate large volume excel data
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a faced paced, high-pressure environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Post-secondary education is preferred
