Construction Site Supervisor

Kitchener, ON

We are looking for a senior site supervisor to join our construction team. We have been in business for over 35 years, and are hoping to find a good fit to join our team.
 
The size of projects will be between $5,000,000 and $20,000,000. Many will be with in a school setting during the summer, but projects are not limited to this setting.

Responsibilities and skills of this position include:

Responsible for all activities on site each day
Responsible for safe and conscientious use of equipment
Interact with owners and architects via email and in person communication.

Requirements:

Experience in commercial or institutional construction
Interest in growing with the company
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Able to manage sub trades and employees
Able to read drawings
Able to communicate via email
