Breakdown Technician - Inventor - iLogic - Window Manufacturing - Up to 65k

Our company is currently looking to add a full-time Breakdown Coordinator to our growing team. If you have a strong attention to detail and can work in a dynamic environment, then the Breakdown Coordinator position is perfect for you! Responsibilities:

• Ensure projects are on time, within scope and budget
• Develop project plans, scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders
• Utilize proprietary software to finalize building elevations to use for purchasing and production
• Enter building details into software ensuring all details are correctly entered
• Utilizing software to build cut lists, project optimization and breakdowns

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as project coordinator in Window wall, Curtain wall or Railing industry
• Understanding of blueprints and use of PDF viewers for marking up drawings
• Excellent communication skills with clients and colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications and PDF files
• AutoCAD experience and knowledge an asset
