Tree Care Labor - Arborists - Great fast promotion structure

Overview

Our client is looking to hire driven, energetic, and athletic individuals to join their team for a career in Tree Care and Arborist services with a Permanent full-time Year-Round position in The Columbus Ohio area, based specifically out of Dublin, OH.

This role provides paid training and all the licensing required at no cost to you.

This role is physical and runs 365 days a year outside. We have a great team of experienced and safety conscious men and women who love the outdoors, climbing trees, and applying the science of tree care and the chemistry required.

We have three different starting roles, each with different physical requirements, listed in order of most physical to least physical:

1. Production Staff – Pruning, removal of trees, tree climbing etc.
2. Tree Planting and Stump Grinding – Mechanical digging is used to plant trees
3. PHC (Plant Healthcare) Tech – Science based role to keep the trees healthy 

Compensation: 

• $18/hr-$40/hr
• Pay is increased from $18/hr to $28/hr as training certificates are completed. Typically takes between 14 months to 24 months to complete all training
• Annual pay increases above $28/hr based on performance and responsibilities
• Monthly $500 Bonuses – Typically 6-8 times a year

• Guaranteed 40 hours a week, all year!
• 4 day work week, Saturdays and Sundays off, alternating Wednesdays and Fridays off every week
• 7am-5pm
