310B Auto Body Technician ($25 to $40 hr

We are presently seeking a 310B Auto Body Technician / 1st and 2nd Year Apprentices for our location in Etobicoke, ON between North Queen Street and Islington Avenue.

Duties:

• Repairing and replacing front end components, body components, doors and frame and under-body components
• Operating welding equipment or using plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams
• Hammering out dents, buckles and other defects using blocks and hammers
• Straightening bent frames using frame and under-body pulling and anchoring equipment
• Applying primers and repainting surfaces using spray guns
• Inspecting repaired vehicles and test driving them for proper handling
• Other duties assigned by Management

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years relevant experience doing Auto Body Repairs
• Have to have own set of tools and steel toed boots.

Hours: Steady, Approximately40 hours per week and pay is commensurate with level of experience and Auto Body Repair skills
