We are currently looking to add  a Pressure Pipe Welder to our Team of talented tradesmen for our location in Etobicoke, Ontario (Racine Road and Haas Road).

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Weld products according to specified blueprints and procedures
• Build products from blueprints and ensure internal quality measures are applied
• Conduct initial inspections of product to ensure adherence to safety and quality
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area in a professional and safe

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

• Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) experience necessary

• High School Diploma or equivalent (welding school an asset)
• 5 years experience welding
• Must be able to pass 6 G test
• Ability to use a variety of hand and measurement tools
• Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, and technical manuals
• G License with a clean abstract

• Available to work nonstandard or extended work hours to meet project deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and time-management skills
• Strong team player and the ability to work independently
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

WAGE RANGE

• $28-30 HOURLY
