Position Scope:
The Industrial Battery Technician reports to the Shipping & Receiving Department Head. This position will oversee the health and performance of our forklift fleet’s power systems, covering the full spectrum of battery care—from traditional lead-acid maintenance to high-tech lithium-ion troubleshooting. The industrial battery technician will maintain and repair current batteries, complete testing of battery systems, diagnosing faults, ensuring safety protocols, and providing technical support. This position will have a strong focus on preventative maintenance initiatives to prolong life of batteries.
