Current Rate of Pay: $86K/yr -  $107.7K/yr

Current Shifts: Mon-Fri, 8 hour shifts (Approximately 18 months)

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, OD and EHS, the Employee & Labour Relations Consultant is responsible for maintaining and supporting collaborative  working relationships with management, employees and unions by providing advice, support and guidance regarding the application and interpretation of employment law, hospital policies and procedures and collective agreements (CUPE Clerical, CUPE Service, ONA and OPSEU).
