Seasonal Parts Counter Sales Rep

We are currently looking for a skilled, dedicated person to fill the position of Seasonal Parts Counter Sales Rep at our Miramichi, NB location.

This is a Seasonal position from April 2026 to September 2026.

Purpose:

Responsible for selling, receiving, and delivery of parts and accessories. In addition performs in-store customer service, overall organizational promotion, and stocking duties.

Responsibilities:

• Warehouse duties, including shipping, receiving, and assembly of products

• Requires working inside/outside unloading/loading trucks

• Supplies Service Technicians with parts as required
• Promote and sell products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Record all sales and/or counter transactions that occur. Process all parts orders in full when parts leave with customer.
• Assist with preparing and maintaining merchandise displays as well as keeping parts department clean and orderly
• Assembly of lawn and garden/Stihl products
• Verify receipting-in of shipments and assists with placing Machine Down and Stock Orders in their proper inventory locations
• Follow up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the manager
• Assist in maintaining all departmental tools, equipment, and vehicles are in good working order
• Assist in maintaining department reports
• Assist in working on any reports, projects or parts related duties given by Parts Manager
• Work with other departments as directed by your Parts Manager

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• Knowledge of Stihl products an asset
• Computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to use Parts Catalog computer application
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fork lift license an asset
