ABOUT THE ROLE

Join our specialized interprofessional team delivering high-intensity, time-limited rehabilitation to medically stable clients with neurological conditions, prioritizing those recovering from stroke or acquired brain injury. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide evidence-based care to support functional recovery, independence, and safe discharge to the community in collaboration with Home and Community Care Support Services.

Work within a collaborative team to develop personalized care plans that address physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Your role includes comprehensive assessments, medication administration, progress monitoring, family education, and preventing secondary complications to optimize outcomes.​

This dynamic environment fosters advanced neurological nursing practice, interdisciplinary teamwork, and meaningful contributions to clients' quality of life through restorative rehabilitation.​

Staff will be oriented to both 3 North and 3 South and will be scheduled to work on either unit based on operational needs.
