Summary

The Learning & Development Coordinator is responsible for delivering a consistent and well-organized onboarding experience for new employees across Convoy. This role ensures new hires are properly introduced to the company, complete required training, and have the tools and information they need to become productive quickly. The role also administers Convoy’s Learning Management System (LMS), maintaining training content, learning paths, and compliance assignments while supporting employees and managers in accessing training resources. Working closely with HR, managers, and subject matter experts, the Learning & Development Coordinator supports the operational delivery of onboarding and training programs while maintaining accurate training records and reporting. This position will be based out of our Rexdale, ON location at 180 Bethridge Road.
