Position Title: Homeshare Supervisor
Compensation: $67,787 - 74,068

NATURE OF POSITION:
Under the direction of the Director, Participant Services, the Homeshare Supervisor will oversee, implement and monitor activities related to the Homeshare programs to enable a meaningful life for persons supported and enhance community inclusion.
While this position is primarily M-F days, applicants must be open to a flexible schedule with the ability to work occasional evenings and/or weekends.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has unique responsibilities and is suitable for a proactive individual who can manage multiple, individual case files, who is highly organized and possesses strong communication, technology and computer skills.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Maintain all administrative requirements as outlined in legislation.
Approve Passport funding, ensure all expenses and reimbursements are met following billing procedures
Complete payroll for Homeshare Staff, Respite Providers, and Passport Staff as applicable.
Represent the agency internally and externally, on all matters related to Homeshare funding, programming, and related initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact;
Participate in special projects as assigned.
Meet organizational standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in accordance with Ministry and Agency policies, procedures, legislation, regulation and directives, and identify non-compliance for resolution.
Participate and comply with all health and safety processes and initiatives to ensure the Agency remains a safe workplace and report any workplace accidents/incidents or hazards immediately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education is in a relevant field of study, with a minimum of two-year Community College Diploma and/or a minimum of 5 years work experience in developmental services.
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
