ABOUT THE ROLE
St. Joseph's Care Group is seeking a Mental Health Clinician - Regional Services to join our Eating Disorders Program. This specialized program delivers intensive outpatient assessment and treatment for youth, adults, and their families experiencing eating disorder-related concerns. Services are provided by an interdisciplinary team and span the full spectrum of care across Northwestern Ontario.
In this role, the Mental Health Clinician – Regional Services will provide specialized service delivery to clients residing in Northwestern Ontario, utilizing a collaborative consultation model with regional health professionals to support the ongoing management of individuals experiencing eating disorders within their home communities. The role requires ongoing engagement with regional partners to identify service gaps, support quality improvement initiatives, and contribute to the advancement of a sustainable, integrated system of care.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and deliver educational sessions for regional health professionals on current evidence-based practices related to the identification, assessment, and treatment of eating disorders.
Maintain and monitor a regional database tracking the incidence of new eating disorder cases presenting to community-based clinicians to inform service planning and system responsiveness.
