Job Description

Estimating & Technical Support

Assist with drawing reviews and planning activities.
Perform basic material takeoffs and quantity counts.
Support IFC (Issued for Construction) drawing comparisons.
Assist with ConEst setup and basic system tasks.

Procurement & Documentation

Prepare and process Cutting Purchase Orders (POs).
Support RMA (Return Material Authorization) documentation.
Maintain and organize O&M manuals.
Assist with invoice review and approval workflows in Kojo.

Operations & Field Coordination

Support warehouse organization and material management.
Conduct site quality‑control checks as directed.
Provide assistance to service, underground, and deck teams when required.
Track and manage tools and equipment to support field productivity
