Our company specializes in large-scale yacht construction and complex marine projects — and we’re looking for a skilled Aluminum Welder & Fabricator to join our growing afternoon shift.

If you take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and building high-quality vessels that stand the test of time, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Weld and fabricate aluminum components for custom vessels and marine structures
• Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication plans
• Fit, assemble, and install structural parts with high precision
• Use standard shop tools, fabrication equipment, and welding machinery
• Collaborate with marine engineers, shipwrights, and other trades to deliver quality results
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and marine industry standards
• Support vessel assembly on new builds, refits, and specialty projects

What You Bring

• Experience as an aluminum welder/fabricator
• Lloyd’s certified is a strong asset
• Marine industry experience is a strong asset (shipyards, boatbuilders, aluminum yachts, or commercial vessels)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics
• Skilled & ticketed in TIG/MIG aluminum welding
• Strong fabrication, fitting, and layout abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven shipyard environment
