Are you interested in working with a small team of highly skilled plumbers? We are looking for a skilled Journeyman Plumber to join our team. We are small which allows for more flexibility, diverse working conditions and the ability to grow with the company. We have doubled our revenue this year and are looking for a person who wants to expand there skills. We believe that if the company is doing well, everyone should do well. That's why we profit share. If you make money for the company, you should be rewarded for doing so. 

We train all our techs on the business side as well, giving them clients to work with and grow with. We want to train you to be able to run your own company, but treat you well enough that you want to stay. 

Need to drop your kids off at school in the mornings? Want extra long week ends hear and there? We can accommodate that, that's the great part of being part of a small company. 

 

Your Role:

  • Boiler maintenance and PMI work
  • Small commercial tenant improvements
  • Fixing leaks, changing fixtures, and replacing piping
  • Design build systems and boiler upgrades
  • HVAC repairs
  • Meeting with clients, quoting and replacing
  • Backflow testing and repair

Qualifications:

  • Journeyman Plumber certification.
  • Service plumbing experience.
  • Boiler installation and maintenance experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Independent problem-solver who thrives in a cooperative environment.
  • Preferred: Certified backflow ticket.
