ABOUT THE ROLE
Join our team as a Personal Support Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients by providing compassionate, people-centered care. Working closely with Registered Nurses and Practical Nurses, you will support clients’ physical, emotional, social, cultural, and spiritual well-being every day. Be a vital part of our collaborative Interprofessional Team, contributing to personalized care plans that truly respect each client’s unique needs and preferences all within a supportive environment.

WHAT YOU BRING
Education/Experience:
Valid Personal Support Worker certificate and registration or the ability to become registered with the Health and Supportive Care Providers Oversight Authority; OR demonstrated enrollment in a nursing program
Demonstrated experience and interest in working with senior populations, including providing end-of-life care
Previous experience in long-term care or with alternate level of care populations is preferred
Skills/Abilities:
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Demonstrated regular attendance at work
