Key Responsibilities
Perform service, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems
Diagnose and resolve issues including leaks, water heaters, drainage, and fixtures
Provide a professional customer experience
Accurately complete work orders and reports using mobile field software
Work independently and occasionally support apprentice or install crews
Maintain safe and clean work practices at all times
What We Are Looking For
Red Seal or Journeyperson Plumber certification in BC
Gas B Ticket preferred
4+ years of experience in residential service plumbing
Valid Class 5 driver’s license with clean abstract
Comfortable using digital tools and apps for scheduling and reporting
Strong communication skills
Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
