• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in our databases and systems.
• Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy.
• Conduct regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Respond to inquiries related to data and assist in generating reports as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and data management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
