Position Overview:
As a Client Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive outstanding service and support. You will be responsible for addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance on our products and services. This role is essential in maintaining positive client relationships and enhancing the overall client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting issues and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues.
• Provide product knowledge and support during onboarding and training sessions.
• Gather client feedback and relay suggestions for product improvement.
• Stay updated on product features, services, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in using customer support software and tools.
