Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls & communicate with vendors
- Schedule and dispatch jobs into our calendar software
- Communicate with other office staff and plumbing technicians
- Receive credit card payments
- Assist office manager with daily operations
- Scheduling and dispatching
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Stocking supplies and inventorying equipment
- Processing payments & filing invoices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of administration experience
- Receptionist experience
- Secondary school diploma preferred
- Great time management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver's license
