Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and equipment
- Learn to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Assist in troubleshooting electrical issues and making necessary repairs
- Assist in the installation of low voltage systems
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
- Learn to work with different types of electrical systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2nd year Electrical apprenticeship complete
- Minimum 2 years experience in the electrical industry (preference for those with residential experience)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require bending, kneeling, climbing, and lifting heavy objects
- Valid driver's license
