We are seeking a hard-working sales representative to call companies and organizations across Canada and discuss the jobs they are hiring for, presenting our recruitment services and packages, then signing clients to a contract.

We offer contingent pay only on hire, retainer and pre-paid recruitment services. We are NOT a staffing firm. We only fill perm placement positions.

 

You are expected to:

 

This is a remote work from home, contract, commission only position. You will earn what you are worth! No limits on your commissions. Sign a huge deal, you get unlimited commissions with no cap.

For each role we fill that is your client, you earn on average $1,500. If you sign 5 contracts weekly, we will fill on average 2.5 roles @ $1,500 each. You are making $3,750 per week ++, $195,000+ per year. This can be much higher!

Your repeat business will grow, becoming an ongoing monthly reoccurring revenue stream.

We fill most roles including skilled trades, management, insurance and healthcare positions among others.

You only sell, and our recruiters fill the roles.

This is a 100% commission position. You get paid every Friday direct deposited for the paid sales the week before. You should be prepared not to get your first payments for 8-10 weeks after start date as we have to fill the orders and have candidates start usually 4-6 weeks after you sign the agreement, then the client has 30-days to pay. Though this is a high earning position, you will need to support yourself in the early months as you build your business.

Size of the market – In Canada there are roughly 650,000 jobs posted any given day. You need only sign 5 weekly to be ultra successful. You can sign contracts in the US as well, but the focus of this position is with Canadian companies.
