Our head office is in Kelowna BC, where we have a team of over 95 employees. Our knowledgeable office and field staff allow us to maintain project schedules while delivering outstanding quality.
We are seeking positive & motivated Sheet Metal Workers – Journeyman, Foreman & Apprentices. Our Sheet Metal Division fabricates, assembles, installs, and repairs sheet metal products and equipment. Work is primarily commercial installation projects in the valley. Wages are competitive.
JOB DUTIES
- Fabricate and assemble sheet metal products according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Measure and mark dimensions on materials for cutting and shaping
- Operate machinery such as shears, brakes, and presses to cut, bend, and shape sheet metal
- Weld or solder joints to assemble components
- Install sheet metal products on structures or equipment
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Repair or restore damaged sheet metal components
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sheet Metal certification
- Red Seal Sheet Metal certificate
- 1+ years of HVAC experience
- Experience working a wide variety of commercial/industrial refrigeration and HVAC equipment
- Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting aptitude
