Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for analyzing, diagnosing, and resolving clients’ concerns.
- Perform service on commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment as well as accessories.
- Perform start-ups on air conditioning as required.
- Responsible for delivery and removal of equipment needed to complete service work.
- Handle customer concerns, questions or problems in an efficient and timely manner.
- Other duties include performing maintenance on equipment, servicing and/or cleaning IAQ products, soldering, welding, brazing, and performing minor field fabrication.
- Responsible for mentoring/supervising support staff in the HVAC/refrigeration field
Qualifications:
- Certification in residential HVAC.
- Valid driver's license.
- Certification(s) in refrigeration, electrical work or sheet metal is an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience in the commercial/residential HVAC field.
- Able to operate all necessary tools and equipment to perform various projects.
- Adapt at servicing commercial/residential heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment, as well as related accessories.
- Able to read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and production diagrams.
- The ability to work overtime, weekend hours, and on call as required.
- WHMIS 2015 is required.
