Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of technicians and their projects from start to finish
• Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
• Requisition of materials and supplies
• Resolve on site work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity
• Provide estimates and sales for new installations
• Provide training and assistance on job sites

Qualifications:

• Journeyman  certification 
• Class A or B gas fitting certification considered an asset
• 5+ years experience in the plumbing or HVAC industry preferred
• Committed to learning and growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Valid driver's license
• Red Seal/Certificate – Plumbing OR HVAC an asset
• Plumbing sales experience an asset
• Satisfactory Criminal Record Check
